The Feel Good Challenge has been curated as a transformative challenge - meets - mini course packed with simple and easy to implement guided meditations, breath-work practices, visualisations, affirmation audios + hypnosis tracks delicately created to help you get out of the low vibe, negative spiral and feel good again.
Each week you will have a mini focus theme to give your attention too to help you step into your come back era.
In just four weeks you are going to feel good again. You are going to feel motivated, productive more energised and out of that rut. Your going to feel calm and centred so that you can tackle anything, things are going to feel like they are working out for you and you are going to have your confidence back. You’ll be back in a routine that works for you and will be back fully loving and enjoying looking after you.

Weekly Themes
Each Week you will have a theme to focus on that you can easily do throughout the week. This means no daily tasks or things added to your already overloaded to do list, but instead an overall focus of the week designed to help you align with feeling good again..
Access to daily practices
You are given access to meditation, breathwork + hypnosis tracks designed to rewire your subconscious mind and align your energy with feeling good again. Each week I will advise you to do one of them daily to help you get back into alignment. You can do it at any point in the day, they are short and effective.
Community Support
This is optional, I know some love it and some hate it. When you sign up you will be invited into an optional DM group on instagram should you wish to be part of the community and get some added wisdom from me throughout the challenge. I wont be blowing your whats app up and won't be forcing you to join a group but the community is there if you want it.
For the girlies in their comeback era
For whatever reason you have lost your spark and you are ready feel good again, maybe motherhood has knock you off your feet, a breakup got you healing, your work stressing you out, or maybe you have just been in a rut and you are done feeling this way. If you are burnt out, feeling low and need a kick up the butt to get your positive pants back on, this is for you.
This challenge has been designed to make it AS EASY for you as possible to start feeling good again. I know we don’t have lots of time or energy to work on us and often, when we are feeling low - it's the things that we know are going to make us feel good again that we resist the most, it's just how our minds are wired.
This challenge has been designed to be as doable as possible, so that you stick at it and also enjoy it. All rituals/ practices are less than ten minutes, can be done throughout the day - so you can work it around your life. So there are no excuses heheh...

What you get access too:
- You will be sent a welcome email with all the info you need to know about the challenge upon signing up
- A four week action plan to help you get back into the swing of feeling good
- You will get access to a log in area in my member hub where you can access your meditations + breathwork Practices. There is a total of 5 audios - one, guided meditation, one guided breathwork practive for nervous system regulation, one Hypnosis track, one affirmation audio and one guided visulisation. All created to help you calm down, come back into alignment, get good at feeling good and feel more positive.
- The log in area will also have the challenge laid out like a mini course where each week a new short coaching video will drop from me explaining the weeks theme and why.
- The community DM group - optional
- Lifetime access to the challenge. Whenever we run this challenge, you will be able to re-do it with us.
- There will be a few journal prompts each week to ponder on or write out.
The Logistics
- You will get access to the log in + welcome bits, Sunday 3rd November
- Challenge starts: Monday 4th November
- Challenge ends: Friday 29th November
- Each Sunday you will get access to the following week so that you can get prepped for the week ahead.
