Listen, I know sometimes it is just not possible. Sometimes we fight it and sometimes we just need to sit and scroll on our phones.
I know that self care feels like the bottom of your list and I know that every ounce of you resists doing anythign that makes you feel better and you feel like nothing could take away the way you feel.
But it isn’t going to help you in the long run and neglecting my practices nearly broke me.
Mainly because the meditations, rituals I used to do, didn’t suit my life anymore it just didn’t work
And I couldn’t find anything out there that spoke to me as an exhausted mamma of two that used to look after herself so much but now is fighting for survival.
So I created it.
I have created this toolkit as a starting point as we have to start somewhere right?
Breathwork + hypnosis changed the game for me as a mamma. It helped me navigate the hardest moments as a mum to two kids with allergies + eczema that were and still are bad sleepers.

I have made it as easy as I can for you with feel good rituals that speak to you as a mama and also can be done anywhere at anytime and are effective but short.
You will still have to fight the voice that tells you there are other more important things to do. But it is so important for your little ones. If you are like me, then you will have reached your limit and you will know it is impacting your little ones.
This is my plead to you..
Please don’t stop looking after you, please keep prioritising your mental health and your self cate. Your kids need it. No it won’t be easy, it wont look like it did before but please keep a few minutes for yourself each day.
Your kids need you
They need a calm, regulated mamma. They feed off you and they learn everything they believe about self care, self love and happiness - from you. They learn everything about taking care of themselves from you.
Be precious with your energy mama.
Take care of you mamma, because you are the core,
When you are dis-regulated, they are too - sleep troubles? Tantrums? They are feeding off you
When you are calm, they are calm.
I Know evey bone will tell you you aent worthy you dont have time o money
But that is exactly the kind of conditioning you have that needs to change.
As mammas we are taught that we should come last, we learn it from society, we learn it from our mums. The same way we are teaching our little ones.
